If you are currently looking to buy a home in Ottawa you may have noticed that there are not currently a lot of homes available for sale. How is this impacting the real estate market?
It basically means that we are in a Seller's market and that home prices in Ottawa are on the rise. Many of my buyers ask me whether prices will go down and it's highly unlikely. If there is any change in the economy it would mean that prices will stabilize with fewer homes selling at over-asking prices.
